The Village of Nyack supports residents and businesses alike by working to improve the quality of life in Nyack.

Village Hall is home to the Mayor, Trustees, Village Clerk, Village Court, and the Parking Authority, Water and Building Departments. Resident and businesses have many opportunities to become involved in village life through meetings, committees and related activities.

The Nyack Department of Public Works, located on Catherine Street, works to keep Nyacks' streets clean, clear, and safe.

Police services come through three departments who provide a skilled force of regular assigned officers to Nyack and the surrounding areas.

The Village of Nyack is located within the Town of Orangetown, which offers services not provided at the village level.
